Role & responsibilities
Manage a team of integration engineers and/or supervisors, including performance management, coaching, and development.
Develop tactical and operational plans to achieve integration engineering objectives aligned with business goals.
Direct the design and implementation of system integration architectures, including resolution of complex system overlaps.
Oversee the integration of multiple applications and subsystems into reliable, scalable enterprise solutions.
Resolve escalated issues related to integration stability, performance, and delivery timelines.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, buy-in, and support for integration initiatives.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, engineering standards, and governance processes.
Manage operational aspects of the team, including workflow, delivery commitments, and budget adherence.
Integrate Johnson & Johnsons Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team objectives and decision-making.

Required




8+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, system integration, or related technology roles.
Demonstrated experience leading and managing technical teams.
Strong knowledge of integration architectures, system interfaces, and enterprise application landscapes.
Experience developing and executing operational and tactical plans.
Proven ability to resolve complex technical and delivery issues.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience with large-scale enterprise or global integration settings.
Familiarity with middleware, APIs, messaging architectures, and integration platforms.
Experience working in regulated or highly governed environments.
Background in driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
Exposure to cloud-based integration solutions.
