Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day logistics and transportation operations for steel plant and coal movement.
Coordinate with transporters, drivers, vendors, plant personnel, and other stakeholders.
Plan and monitor the movement of raw materials, coal, finished goods, and other materials.
Ensure timely vehicle placement, loading, dispatch, and delivery.
Monitor vehicle movement and resolve transportation-related issues.
Maintain logistics records, trip sheets, dispatch documents, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with the plant and stores teams to ensure smooth material movement.
Monitor transporter performance, vehicle availability, and delivery schedules.
Ensure compliance with company safety, operational, and documentation requirements.




Handle operational issues and coordinate with concerned departments for quick resolution.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
3–10 years of relevant experience in logistics/transportation.
Mandatory: Experience in a Steel Plant and Coal-related logistics/operations.
Solid knowledge of transportation, vehicle movement, dispatch, and material handling.
Positive coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work in a plant/industrial environment and manage operational challenges.
Candidate must be from the local area / nearby location.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
