HexaCorp is seeking an experienced Machine Learning & AI Platform Lead to spearhead AI initiatives, manage end-to-end deployments, and drive technical strategy. This dual-capacity role involves guiding teams in model operationalization (MLOps) while owning the Token Platform and AI Gateway. The ideal candidate combines deep ML engineering expertise with leadership skills to align AI adoption with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure AI/ML solutions align with business objectives, performance metrics, and compliance requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data strategy, governance, and AI roadmap
Manage and lead the Token Platform and AI Gateway
Mentor engineering teams in MLOps, model versioning, and retraining pipelines
Evaluate and select ML algorithms, frameworks, and cloud platforms
Build and optimize batch jobs for heavy data processing and training
Oversee Generative AI evaluations and implement content filters
Conduct code reviews to maintain quality and performance standards
Own and manage end-to-end ML and platform deployments
Technical Requirements
Languages & Frameworks: Python, up-to-date ML libraries, cloud-native development
Cloud Platforms: Expertise in Azure (ML Studio, AI Foundry, Functions App, Cosmos DB, DevOps, Key Vault) or equivalent AWS/GCP experience
Data & AI Platforms: Hands-on with Snowflake AI services (Cortex AI, Snowpark Container Services)
Scale & Performance: Proven track record in large-scale model deployment, infrastructure management, and performance tuning
Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning Engineering and MLOps
Robust background in platform engineering or operations preferred
