Key Responsibilities
Conduct structured lawn tennis coaching sessions for students across different age groups.
Teach fundamental and advanced tennis techniques, including strokes, footwork, serves, and game strategies.
Develop age-appropriate training plans focused on skill development and fitness.
Identify and nurture students with potential for competitive tennis.
Prepare students for inter-school competitions, tournaments, and sports events.
Monitor students' performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
Ensure proper warm-up, fitness, safety, and injury-prevention practices.
Maintain discipline and create a positive and inspiring training workplace.
Organize practice matches and evaluate students' progress.
Coordinate with the Sports Department and participate in school sports events.
Eligibility & Skills
Qualification: Certification/Diploma/Degree in Lawn Tennis, Sports, or Physical Education preferred.
Relevant coaching experience in lawn tennis will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of tennis techniques, rules, and match strategies.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with children and students of different skill levels.
Energetic, disciplined, patient, and passionate about sports.
Relevant coaching certification (e.g., AITA/ITF or equivalent) is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
