Role Summary In this role, the ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and resilient applications. They will leverage their expertise in full-stack development and generative AI to meet client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, coding, testing, and debugging of software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Design and develop Gen AI and Agentic AI-based solutions.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Support the business teams during UAT and rollout phases.
Identify gaps in vendor products and propose engineering solutions.
Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation.

Must-Have Qualifications




5+ years of software engineering experience.
Hands-on experience in full stack software enterprise application design and development.
Proficiency in Java, web services, and cloud-native technologies.
Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven design.
Solid knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL databases.

Nice to Have
Experience in designing banking applications.
Certifications on Azure, GCP, or PCF.
Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and generative AI tools.
