Role & responsibilities

Strategic Brand Management: Develop and execute comprehensive annual brand plans, promotional campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
Portfolio & P&L; Ownership: Manage overall portfolio profitability, positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional budget allocations to achieve targeted top-line revenue and gross margin goals.
Current Product Launches: Identify emerging market trends in covered market, conduct viability studies, and spearhead end-to-end launches of cutting-edge formulations and supplements.
Field Force Enablement & Training: Design visual aids, leave-behind literature (LBLs), brand inputs, and digital detailing tools; conduct detailed scientific and brand training sessions for the medical sales team.
KOL Engagement: Build and sustain strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and skilled associations through scientific meetings, advisory boards, and CMEs.
Market Intelligence & Analytics: Monitor prescription patterns, retail trends, competitor strategies,



and field feedback using SMRC/IMS/ORG data to continuously refine brand positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Medical Affairs, R&D;, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure timely product supply and compliance with pharma and nutraceutical regulatory standards.

Preferred candidate profile Education: B.Pharm / B.Sc. mandatory; MBA or PGDM in Marketing from a recognized institution preferred.
Experience: 10 - 12 years of core marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with significant expertise handling Acute care brands in ENT, Paediatricians, Gynaecologists and GPs
Therapy & Product Expertise: In depth understanding of Otorhinolaryngology , Women health, Nutraceuticals , GI.
Key Competencies: Strategic brand building, analytical sharpness, creative campaigning, KOL relationship management, Sales Force Connect, Cross-Functional Alignment, New Product Planning, P&L; oversight
