Job Purpose

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day toothpaste production.
Plan and achieve daily/monthly production targets.
Manage production staff and shift activities.
Ensure proper use of raw materials and packaging materials.
Maintain product quality and follow GMP/SOP requirements.
Monitor machines, production efficiency, wastage, and downtime.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Purchase teams.
Maintain production records and reports.
Identify production problems and take corrective actions.
Ensure safety, hygiene, and housekeeping on the production floor.

Requirements
Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.
810 years of production experience in toothpaste
Valuable knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
Solid team management and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Willingness to work in shifts if required.
