Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Analyst with solid experience in the Insurance domain to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow documentation.
Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Support UAT, requirement traceability, and project documentation.

Required Skills
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Hands-on experience in the Insurance domain (Life, Health, or General Insurance).
Solid knowledge of requirement gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

Education
MBA / B.Tech Mandatory from B. School.
