Field Sales Representative Endoscopy Accessories

Great Opportunity in Medical Devices Industry

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales of Endoscopy Accessories and Medical Devices.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell endoscopy accessories and medical devices to hospitals, doctors, gastroenterologists, surgeons, and healthcare professionals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, purchase departments, and distributors.
Conduct regular hospital visits, product demonstrations, and customer follow-ups.
Generate new leads and develop business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples, and orders.
Coordinate with hospitals and internal teams for smooth order execution and product delivery.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
Maintain regular sales reports and customer visit records.
Follow up for timely payments and outstanding collections.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Candidate Requirements




Graduate in any discipline; Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Healthcare background preferred.
Experience in medical devices, endoscopy, surgical products, or hospital sales will be an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in the field.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Valid driving licence preferred.
