NThe Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations across outlets/central kitchen, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. The role involves managing teams, streamlining processes, maintaining service standards, and driving business growth while ensuring compliance with company policies.

NKey Responsibilities:

N1. Operations Management

- Oversee daily operations of outlets/central kitchen
N
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments (kitchen, service, stores)
N
- Monitor service quality, food quality, and operational efficiency
N

n2. Team Leadership& Management

N

n
- Lead, train, and manage cross-functional teams
N
- Ensure proper staffing,scheduling, and productivity
N
- Conduct performance reviews and drive team development
N

n3. Process & Quality Control

N

n
- Implement and maintain SOPs across operations
N
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI)
N
- Conduct regular audits and ensure corrective actions
N

n4. Cost & Inventory Management

N

n
- Monitor food cost, labor cost, and overall operational expenses
N
- Work closely with procurement and store teams for inventory control
N




- Minimize wastage and improve efficiency
N

n5. Customer Experience

N

n
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
N
- Handle escalations and improve service standards
N
- Implement feedback-driven improvements
N

n6. Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on operations
N
- Coordinate with management for business planning and expansion
N
- Drive process improvements and operational strategies
N

nRequirements:

- Proven experienceas Operations Manager in F&B; / hospitality industry
N
- Solid leadership and team management skills
N
- Experience in handling multi-unit operations / central kitchen preferred
N
- Good understanding of P&L;, cost control, and inventory management
N
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
N

nQualifications:

- Graduate / MBA / Hotel Management preferred
N
- 5–10 years of relevant experience
