Role Description The Operations Executive will oversee daily kitchen and delivery operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent service.

Responsibilities include coordinating order flow, managing inventory and supply procurement, monitoring food preparation timelines, and supporting quality and hygiene standards. The role involves close collaboration with kitchen staff, delivery partners, and management to optimize processes, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction.

The Operations

Executive will also track basic performance metrics, assist with scheduling,



and help implement operational improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mangaluru.

Qualifications

- Strong operations and operations management skills to oversee day-to-day kitchen and delivery processes.
- Solid analytical skills to monitor performance metrics, identify process gaps, and support data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, vendors, and delivery partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Experience in food service, cloud kitchens, or restaurant operations is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools or POS systems used for order management and tracking.
- Commitment to hygiene, safety, and quality standards in food operations.
- Diploma or degree in business, hospitality, operations, or a related field preferred.
