Operations Intern – E-commerce

About IKIRU

IKIRU is a curated home décor and furniture marketplace working with 300+ manufacturers and artisans across India. We manage end-to-end operations to ensure a smooth experience for our customers and vendors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist in coordinating with customers and vendors through calls and messages.
- Follow up with vendors regarding order status and delivery timelines.
- Check and update customer support tickets and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Customer Support teams for day-to-day requirements.
- Help track pending orders, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Maintain basic records and updates on Excel/Google Sheets.




- Support the operations team in daily coordination and follow-up activities.

What We’re Looking For:

- ood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and vendors.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
