We're not just growing in one lane. We're scaling across multiple verticals at once, and we need someone sharp enough to keep pace with all of them.

This role sits at the intersection of digital transformation, client ownership and cross-functional execution. You will drive adoption of our field service management platform across a pan-India branch network, own relationships with our spare parts customers, and open new customer conversations.

This is a role for someone early in their career who wants real ownership, not support work. You will run live projects end to end, sit between field teams, branches, clients and HQ, and use data and structured thinking to make things move. Expect ambiguity, direct visibility with leadership, and outcomes you can point to.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Transformation

- Own day-to-day management and monitoring of our field service management platform across all branches.
- Track adoption, usage quality and data hygiene; build dashboards that show where the platform is working and where it isn't.
- Run query resolution sessions with regional teams, chase pending submissions and close gaps.
- Surface usability issues from the field and push improvements with the vendor and internal teams.

Client Ownership & Internal Coordination

- Be the single point of contact for customers, orders, status, escalations, follow-ups.
- Coordinate across sales, logistics, inventory, accounts and branch teams so the client never has to chase.
- Maintain client trackers,



response SLAs and issue logs; turn recurring complaints into process fixes.

New Customer Outreach

- Own structured email outreach, list building, sequencing, personalisation and follow-up discipline.
- Maintain an outreach pipeline with clear stages, conversion tracking and next actions.
- Convert early interest into qualified conversations and hand them off cleanly to sales.

Data, Analysis & New Initiatives

- Build trackers, business cases and decision documents leadership can act on.
- Diagnose problems with data, adoption gaps, churn signals, conversion drop-offs, and recommend the fix.
- Take on new initiatives as the division grows; define owners, timelines and outcomes, and drive them to closure.

What We're Looking For

- Advanced Excel, pivots, lookups, dashboards, clean data models.
- Practical fluency with AI tools for analysis, drafting, research and reporting.
- Project management instincts: plans, owners, timelines, follow-through.
- Ability to get work done across teams you don't control.
- Clear, skilled written communication, you will be the company's voice to clients and prospects.
- High ownership, sound prioritisation and comfort working with limited supervision.
