We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and optimize our sales data pipelines. In this role, you will bridge channel partner sales operations with data reporting—tracking builder inventory, lead funnels, broker payouts, and sales team performance to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Management & Tracking: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports (Daily Activity Reports, Lead Pipeline, Site Visits, Closures, and Inventory status).
- Sales Performance Analytics: Monitor sales executive metrics, site visit conversion ratios, and campaign ROI across multiple real estate projects.
- Broker & Partner Operations: Track channel partner commissions, payout schedules, booking documentation, and developer invoicing/clearances.




- Dashboard Maintenance: Update and optimize automated reporting dashboards to present real-time insights to senior management.
- Database Hygiene: Ensure accurate data entry, deduplication, and status updating within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, LeadSquared, Sell.Do, or Excel).
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate directly with sales managers, pre-sales teams, and developer inventory teams to resolve reporting discrepancies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
