We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Nursing Superintendent to join our hospital team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage nursing staff and daily nursing operations.
- Ensure quality patient care and nursing standards.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage staff deployment.
- Monitor infection control, medication safety, and nursing protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments.
- Train, guide, and evaluate nursing staff.
- Maintain nursing records and ensure hospital policies are followed.

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Nursing or GNM with relevant hospital experience.

Experience: Preferably 9+ years in a supervisory/management nursing role.
