Monitor labour deployment, attendance, and contractor performance on site; address shortfalls or supply issues proactively.
Resolve disputes or issues between labour contractors and site teams, escalating as needed.
Maintain records of contractor agreements, rate contracts, and labour deployment data for reporting and audits.
Labour resource mobilisation ,contractor negotiation , network of labour contractors/vendors and ability to mobilise manpower at short notice
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
