Role & responsibilities
Identify technology skill gaps and develop learning roadmaps for areas such as AI, GenAI, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity and Software Engineering.
Develop technical learning content, curriculum and training programs in collaboration with Technology SMEs and business stakeholders.
Coordinate and drive end-to-end execution of technical training programs, ensuring robust learner participation and adoption.
Measure training effectiveness, learning outcomes and business impact through assessments, feedback and learning analytics.
Partner with Technology leaders, SMEs and global stakeholders to understand capability requirements and deliver relevant learning solutions.
Manage learning partners/vendors and continuously improve Tech L&D; programs,



content and learning methodologies.

Preferred candidate profile
10+ years of experience in Learning & Development / Technology L&D; / Capability Development.
Robust experience in Technology / Digital / AI learning and workforce upskilling.
Experience developing technical learning content and curricula.
Good understanding of AI, GenAI, Cloud, Data, Software Engineering or emerging technologies.
Robust stakeholder management and program management skills.
Experience working with global technology teams/GCCs is preferred.
