About the Role

We are looking for an MIS Executive to manage operational data, service ticket tracking, reporting, and coordination with internal teams. The role requires robust Excel/Google Sheets skills and attention to data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update MIS reports, trackers, databases, and dashboards.
Collect, consolidate, validate, and update operational/project data from internal teams.
Monitor and follow up on service tickets, pending activities, and closures.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
Analyse operational data and highlight gaps, trends, and pending actions.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and business teams for data collection and follow-ups.
Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with stakeholders for corrections.
Support audits, data reconciliation, documentation,



and compliance reporting.
Maintain accurate and confidential records across Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
Support management with ad-hoc reports and data requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting formats and MIS processes.

Eligibility & Skills
Graduate/Postgraduate with 1–2 years of experience in MIS/reporting.
Strong hands-on knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Google Drive.
Robust data entry, data validation, and reporting skills.
Basic data analysis and problem-solving ability.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
