Role & responsibilities
Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle from offer acceptance to employee induction.
Coordinate pre-joining documentation, background verification, medical checks, and joining formalities.
Ensure employee records are accurately maintained in HRMS and personnel files.
Liaise with hiring managers, IT, Administration, Payroll, and Facilities teams to ensure readiness for recent joiners.
Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation programs for new employees.
Track onboarding metrics and generate reports on joining status, documentation completion, and onboarding effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal audit requirements.
Address queries from new hires regarding advantages, policies, payroll, and organizational processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the employee onboarding experience.
Support mass hiring and campus onboarding activities whenever required.

Preferred candidate profile




Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
3to7 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Onboarding, or Talent Acquisition Coordination.
Experience in automotive, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial organizations preferred.
Robust understanding of HR processes, documentation, and statutory compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience with HRMS, ATS, SAP SuccessFactors, Turbohire.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
