We are looking for a Mutual Fund Operations Executive to manage end-to-end transaction processing with high accuracy and provide timely client servicing, while ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
Process mutual fund transactions including purchase, redemption, SIP/STP/SWP, and switches
Handle non-financial transactions such as folio creation, KYC updates, bank and nominee changes
Coordinate with mutual fund companies and RTAs for transaction execution and issue resolution
Ensure timely closure of operational queries and service requests
Maintain proper documentation and operational records

Required Skills & Competencies
Sound knowledge of mutual fund products and operational processes




Solid attention to detail and process orientation
Positive communication and coordination skills

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in Commerce or any finance-related field
NISM Series V-A certification will be an added advantage
2 to 5 years of relevant experience is mandatory in AMC, RTA, distributor, or wealth management firm
