Key Responsibility
Maintain OPD, IPD, Emergency, MLC, Discharge, Birth & Death records.
Ensure timely receipt, verification, filing, indexing, and preservation of medical records.
Check files for discrepancies and coordinate with departments for completion.
Maintain MLC investigations, X-rays, samples, and related documentation as per hospital protocol.
Ensure record retention, submission of Birth/Death records, and disposal as per hospital policy.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with Medical Records Manual, NABH standards, and hospital policies.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualification
Diploma Medical Record and Health Information Management/Bachelor Degree or Master s in a relevant field
