Maintain the store as per cGMP guidelines.
To be check properly arrangement and storage of materials.
To be check physical stocks against book stocks
4 Log book entry and verification
Online entry done in Respective area logbook
Timely check and review records of Stores
5 Materials Dispensing and timely transfer to Production
Coordinate with production and plan for timely dispensing.
Ensure that timely dispensing of raw material and packaging material to Production
Ensure that dispensed material timely transfer to the production area.
6 Stock verification and reconciliation to Auditor
Ensure that timely stock verification to be done
Responsible for timely reconciliation of stock

7 Audit Preparation and provide compliance report to QA

9 Assist to HOD and team buildup
Responsible of day to day receipt, issuance, storage and monthly physical verification of RM, PM, Consumable, electrical, mechanical and utility items.
Coordination with CFT department for smooth operation.
