Role: Onboarding Analyst / Operations Analyst

Department: Market Data Services – Managed Services

Location: Bangalore | Work From Office

Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST

Experience: 4–6 Years

Employment: Full-Time

What You'll Do

You’ll play a key role in ensuring client contracts are accurately onboarded, maintained, and audit-ready on the internal platform.

Your responsibilities will include

Onboarding new & existing client contracts

Capturing contract terms, pricing, renewals & amendments

Managing agreements, addendums, approval emails & supporting documents

Performing data audits and resolving discrepancies

Coordinating with clients for missing documents, signatures & approvals

Handling contract-related queries and providing timely updates

Maintaining explicit records of client communication & follow-ups

Collaborating with Negotiations,



Usage Management & Invoice Reconciliation teams

Identifying process gaps and contributing to SOP/process improvements

We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or related field

4–6 years of overall experience, with 2–4 years in contract management, vendor onboarding, procurement operations or similar analyst roles

Strong attention to detail & process orientation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable interacting with senior client stakeholders

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Outlook

Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk is a plus

Good to Have:

Experience with US/UK clients, market data vendors such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, S&P; or FactSet, or contract lifecycle management tools.
