ABES E-COM LLP is launching its media, digital content, marketing, and distribution wing, starting with two social awareness programs. We're building our field media team in Bhopal, and we're looking for confident, well-spoken people to be the face of our on-ground content, interviewing everyday people across the city and presenting short field videos.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be in the field, talking to real people and capturing their voices for our media platforms and campaigns. Success in this role looks like conducting genuine, engaging interviews, being comfortable and natural on camera, and consistently bringing back strong content from the field.

You'll work closely with a recording partner and report to the team lead. This is a paid 3-month internship, and robust performers will be offered full-time roles. It's a excellent opportunity for anyone who loves communication, media, and being in front of the camera to gain real, professional experience.

Stipend: ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 per month (based on skill and performance)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct on-camera interviews with people across the city, including residents, business owners, and community members
Present and host short field videos and interview content
Prepare for interviews and ask thoughtful, engaging questions
Represent the brand professionally and warmly while on the ground
Work closely with your recording partner to capture high-quality content
Consistently meet daily and weekly content targets

QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi essential; English an advantage)
Confident and comfortable on camera and speaking with new people
Presentable, energetic, and personable
Interest in media, content, journalism, or communication
Ability to work in the field and travel across the city
No prior experience required; freshers and students are welcome (training provided)
