Role Description The Performance Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. The specialist will manage paid campaigns, monitor key performance metrics, and analyze data to improve targeting, creatives, and budget allocation.

Daily responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research,



collaborating with sales and marketing teams on campaign strategy, and coordinating with customer service to ensure a positive customer journey. The role also requires preparing performance reports, testing current channels and tactics, and aligning campaigns with Fitspire’s brand values in health and wellness.

Qualifications

-Experience: 4+ years hands-on in Meta Ads & Google Ads.

-Background: D2C experience mandatory; FMCG brand background strongly preferred.

-Tech Stack: In-depth knowledge of Shopify storefronts, checkout flows, and analytics.

-Business Acumen: Evaluates success via P&L; and contribution margin—not just ad dashboard metrics.

-Operations: Proven strategies to control Cash-On-Delivery and minimize RTO (Return to Origin).

-Consumer Strategy: Uses customer psychology, cohort analysis, and LTV data to build high-converting campaigns.

-Growth Mindset: Track record of aggressively scaling budgets rather than just maintaining stable spends.
