: Team Advisor – Night Shift

Role Overview The Team Advisor will oversee and support night shift operations, ensuring smooth workflow, team coordination, and adherence to company standards. This role requires robust communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively during night hours.

Key Responsibilities
Shift Supervision: Monitor and manage team performance during night shifts.
Team Support: Provide guidance, resolve queries, and ensure employee well-being.
Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, prepare shift reports, and escalate issues when necessary.
Training & Development:



Assist in onboarding current team members and provide ongoing coaching.
Issue Resolution: Handle operational challenges and coordinate with management for solutions.
Communication: Act as a point of contact between night shift staff and senior management.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in team handling, customer service, or operations.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities during night shifts.
Positive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
