Role Overview Supervise daily wire and cable manufacturing operations to ensure target production, maintain quality standards, and minimize downtime and wastage.
Role & responsibilities
Oversee core processes: Extrusion, Drawing, Bunching, Armouring, and Laying-up.
Maintain process parameters and enforce strict quality control at every stage.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with maintenance to prevent downtime.
Track material usage, reduce waste, and keep shift/production records.
Support trial runs, current product testing, and continuous process improvements.
Enforce workplace safety and align with the Production Manager on daily goals.
Preferred candidate profile
Robust technical grasp of cable manufacturing and machinery.
Hands-on problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Familiarity with plant safety norms and quality documentation.
