Provide nursing care and assistance during surgical procedures in the Operation Theatre.
Prepare the OT, surgical instruments, equipment, and required supplies before procedures.
Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgeries as required.
Maintain strict adherence to infection control, sterilization, and OT safety protocols.
Perform scrub and circulating nurse duties as assigned.
Monitor and maintain proper documentation of surgical procedures and patient-related records.
Ensure availability and proper handling of instruments, consumables, and emergency equipment.
Assist with patient positioning, pre-operative preparation, and post-operative transfer.
Coordinate effectively with surgeons, anesthetists, and other OT staff.
