Job Purpose To supervise and support day-to-day production activities, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain process, quality, safety, and productivity standards on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily production activities and production targets.
Supervise operators and workers during production activities.
Follow up on production plans and ensure timely completion.
Monitor Plasma Cutting, Shearing, Punching, Fit-up, Welding, Assembly, and other fabrication processes.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, SOPs, and Work Instructions.
Maintain daily production records and reports.
Monitor machine and manpower utilization.
Ensure machine check sheets are completed.
Identify production delays, bottlenecks, and abnormalities and report them to seniors.
Coordinate with the Quality Department for in-process inspection.
Ensure proper material identification and movement.
Support 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing,



and productivity improvement activities.
Minimize rejection, rework, material wastage, and waiting time.
Follow all plant safety rules and report unsafe conditions.
Support senior engineers in process improvement and production monitoring.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of manufacturing/fabrication processes.
Basic drawing reading.
Basic knowledge of welding and fabrication.
Basic MS Excel knowledge.
Knowledge of SOP and Work Instructions.
Basic understanding of 5S and Lean Manufacturing.
Positive communication and team coordination skills.
Willingness to work on the shop floor.

Diploma (Preferred)

Experience
Production Engineering: 1 year (Required)
