We are looking for an experienced Production Head with robust experience in EOT Crane / Crane Manufacturing / Heavy Fabrication Industry.

Department: Production / Manufacturing

Qualification:
BE / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Experience Required:
5–20 Years of experience in Crane Manufacturing, EOT Crane, Heavy Fabrication, or Engineering Manufacturing Industry
Candidate must have experience in Production Planning, Fabrication, Assembly & Manpower Handling

CTC Budget: ₹08 – ₹18 LPA (Depending on experience & current CTC)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall production activities and daily production planning
Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Sales & Project teams
Handle fabrication,



assembly & manufacturing processes
Monitor BOM, raw material planning & scrap utilization
Manage production manpower and contractors
Ensure timely dispatch and production targets
Prepare production MIS reports
Coordinate quality checks and inspections
Ensure workplace safety and production efficiency
