Education Diploma/Degree in Packaging Technology, Printing Technology, or Mechanical/Production Engineering.
Experience 3 to 7 years of hands-on shop floor experience specifically in a corrugated box manufacturing unit.
Technical Skills Solid knowledge of corrugation plants (semi or fully automatic), die-cutting machines, and flexo printing. Understanding of paper GSM and BF calculations.
Soft Skills Excellent floor management, quick problem-solving, and the ability to work under tight shipping deadlines.
