About the Role

We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, building robust candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to meet business hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
