Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter with 3+ years of hands-on experience in recruiting international students (OPT/CPT) and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of OPT/CPT hiring, visa processes, and a proven track record of placing candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit OPT/CPT candidates for various IT and non-IT requirements.
Handle end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of OPT/CPT candidates.
Coordinate with candidates regarding OPT/CPT documentation, visa status, and work authorization.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients for closures.
Work closely with the sales and delivery team to understand client requirements.
Post job openings on various job boards,



universities, and social media platforms.
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Ensure timely submissions and follow-ups to achieve closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in OPT/CPT recruiting.
Strong knowledge of OPT, CPT, H1B, and other US work visa categories.
Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid negotiation and convincing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills:
Experience working with university career centers and international student groups.
Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Ability to work in US time zones if required.
