Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant Experience: 12+ YRS Location: PAN India Must-Have Skills:
Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll - Payroll Configuration & Processing - Rapid Formulas - Payroll Elements, Balances & Costing - Payment Methods & Payroll Flows - HDL, HCM Extracts - OTBI, BI Publisher Reporting - Payroll Integrations & Data Migration - Core HR integration knowledge Responsibilities:
Configure and support Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions.
Manage payroll processing, deductions, earnings, balances, and costing.
Develop and maintain Rapid Formulas.
Handle payroll testing, UAT, defect fixes, and production support.
Work on payroll integrations, reporting, and data migration activities.
Ensure payroll compliance and successful project delivery.
Preferred Experience: Implementation, rollout, upgrade, or AMS/support projects in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll.
