About the Role:

Open Secret is looking for an Offline Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow our business across various offline and emerging retail platforms. ( Recurring Accounts)

The role will involve managing key accounts such as JioMart, MilkBasket, vending machine platforms, and other offline/retail partners, with a strong focus on driving sales, improving visibility, and ensuring smooth account operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day business operations across assigned offline accounts and platforms.
Manage platforms such as JioMart, MilkBasket, vending machine networks, and other emerging offline channels.
Drive sales, revenue, and growth across assigned accounts. Manage product listings, assortment, pricing, inventory, promotions, and availability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with platform/category managers and account teams.
Plan and execute platform-specific promotions, offers, and visibility initiatives. Track account performance, identify gaps, and develop action plans to achieve targets.
Monitor sales, inventory, fill rates, product availability, and other key account metrics.




Coordinate with internal teams such as supply chain, finance, marketing, and sales to ensure smooth execution.
Resolve operational issues related to orders, inventory, listings, pricing, payments, and reconciliations. Analyse platform performance and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Track competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and assortment across relevant platforms. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates.

What We're Looking For:
Experience managing platforms/accounts such as JioMart, MilkBasket, vending machine networks, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of offline account management and retail operations. Experience in the FMCG/food/consumer goods industry is preferred.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Valuable command of Excel/Google Sheets. Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple accounts and deliver business targets.
