Position : Printing Operator (Flexo)

Location :- South, GOA

Experience : 1 to 4 years

Qualification : Diploma Printing Technology

:-
Solid technical knowledge of printing machinery, Flexo printing machines and Garvure machine equipment.
Inspect and examine printed materials for quality and accuracy, ensuring that they meet the client's specifications and requirements.
Proficiency in performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting common printing equipment issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions that may occur during the printing process.
Coordinate with other team members, to ensure a seamless workflow and timely completion of projects.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in printing technology.
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.

Required Skills & Knowledge
Solid knowledge of:
Coextruded tube manufacturing process
Screen printing on plastic tubes
Hot foil stamping / hot foil printing
Ink systems, screens, meshes, squeegees, and curing methods
Colour matching and print quality inspection.
Ability to troubleshoot printing and machine-related issues.
Good leadership and manpower handling skills.




Understanding of production planning and quality systems.
Should operate screen printing and hot foil stamping machines.
Ensure colour matching, registration, and print quality.
Achieve daily production targets.
Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime.
Manage job changeovers and screen setup.
Control ink preparation and viscosity.
Troubleshoot printing and foil stamping defects.
Train and supervise machine operators.
Follow GMP, 5S, safety, and quality standards.
Maintain production and rejection records.
Coordinate with QA and maintenance teams.
Ensure preventive maintenance and machine cleanliness.
Drive continuous process improvement.
