Printer Engineer

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 CTC per month

Job Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain printers and multifunction devices.
Troubleshoot printer hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Handle printer-related complaints and provide timely technical support.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to printing, scanning, paper jams, toner, and drivers.
Configure printers on Windows systems and network settings.
Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks of printers.
Coordinate with vendors/service teams for major hardware repairs and spare parts.
Maintain records of printer issues, repairs, and service activities.
Provide on-site/remote support as required.

Required Skills
Minimum 6 months of experience in printer support/maintenance.




Basic knowledge of Laser, Inkjet and Multifunction Printers (MFP).
Knowledge of printer installation, driver configuration, and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of LAN, IP configuration, and network printing.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with users and clients.
ITI/Diploma/Graduate in IT, Electronics, or a related field will be preferred.
