Experience: Prior exposure to selling electrical products to OEMs, Panel Builders, and System Integrators
Language: Must be fluent in Bengali (mandatory, given the base location and regional coverage)
Willingness to travel extensively across the East region
Robust individual contributor mindset — role does not involve managing a team
