About the Role We are seeking an experienced SCM Consultant with 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM). The ideal candidate must have a Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences industry background and hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion SCM solutions across procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including:
Procurement
Supplier Management
Inventory Management
Product Information Management (PIM)
Order Management
Manufacturing
Lead solution design workshops, CRP/UAT sessions, and production deployments.
Optimize supply chain processes while ensuring compliance with Healthcare/Life Sciences business requirements.
Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and data migration activities.




Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, user documentation, and training materials.
Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance.

Mandatory

Skills - 8+ years of Oracle SCM functional consulting experience.
Solid hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules:
Procurement
Supplier Management
Inventory Management
Product Information Management (PIM)
Order Management
Manufacturing
Minimum of 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects.
Robust understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
