About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Training & Placement Intern to support our Training & Placement (T&P;) team in building solid relationships with companies and helping students with placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the T&P; team in coordinating placement drives, interviews, and recruitment activities.
Identify and research potential companies for student placement opportunities.
Connect with HRs, recruiters, and companies through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Maintain and regularly update company and recruiter databases.
Coordinate with students regarding placement drives, interviews, schedules, and requirements.
Collect and maintain student placement-related data and documentation.
Follow up with companies regarding job openings, interview schedules, and candidate feedback.
Assist in organizing campus recruitment drives, webinars, and career-related sessions.
Maintain daily reports and provide regular updates to the T&P; team.
Support the team in achieving placement and corporate-connect targets.

Requirements

Requirements




Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM, BBA, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making calls and communicating with HRs/recruiters.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Robust willingness to learn and build a career in Training & Placement, HR, or Corporate Relations.
