Key Responsibilities
Process Improvement & Project Management Identify opportunities for process improvement across functions.
Charter and lead process improvement projects in collaboration with process owners and functional teams.
Evaluate financial impact and savings resulting from process improvements.
Analysis & Implementation Utilize knowledge of software engineering and project lifecycle for effective implementation of improvements.
Analyze metrics and performance data to measure success and identify further prospects.
Build quality frameworks to meet the needs of internal and external customers.
Collaboration & Methodology Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure process adherence and effectiveness.
Apply Agile framework principles where applicable to enhance project execution.

Key Requirements Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement, process excellence, or related roles.
Prior experience working in process-driven projects is required.
