– Oracle HCM Functional Consultant – Help Desk /n Experience: 4–8 Years /n Locations: Noida, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Coimbatore /n Role Overview /n We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant – Help Desk to join our team. The candidate should have solid hands-on experience in the Oracle HCM Help Desk module and must have worked on at least one end-to-end Oracle HCM Help Desk implementation. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n
Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud Help Desk solutions based on business requirements.

/n
Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into Oracle HCM solutions.

/n
Configure Help Desk offerings, categories, queues, assignment rules, service requests, and related functionalities.

/n
Work with HR/Business teams to understand and optimize HR service delivery processes.

/n
Support integrations with other Oracle HCM modules and third-party applications.

/n
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user guides.

/n
Conduct SIT/UAT and support defect resolution.

/n




Provide post-production support and troubleshoot functional issues.

/n
Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

/n /n Mandatory Skills /n /n
Robust experience in Oracle HCM Cloud – Help Desk.

/n
Minimum 1 end-to-end Oracle HCM Help Desk implementation is mandatory.

/n
Good understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and HR business processes.

/n
Experience in configuration, testing, and production support.

/n
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

/n
Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

/n /n Positive to Have /n /n
Knowledge of Core HR, Absence, ORC, Payroll, or other Oracle HCM modules.

/n
Experience with Oracle HCM integrations and reporting.

/n
Knowledge of Oracle HCM REST/SOAP APIs and OTBI/BIP.

/n
Oracle HCM Cloud certification will be an added advantage.

/n /n Note: Candidates without hands-on Oracle HCM Help Desk implementation experience will not be considered.
