Role Description The Office Aid role is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role supports daily office operations, including handling administrative tasks, organizing documents, managing office supplies, and assisting with basic record keeping.

Aid will help coordinate communication within the office, respond to routine inquiries, and direct visitors or callers to the appropriate team members. The role also includes supporting customer service activities, such as providing information to artists and partners and ensuring a professional and welcoming office setting.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with artists, partners, and internal teams.




Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to manage files, schedules, supplies, and general office workflows.
Candidates should possess basic Accounting skills to support simple financial record keeping, invoice handling, and expense tracking.
Candidates should demonstrate good organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
Candidates should be comfortable using office software tools (email, spreadsheets, word processing) and willing to learn current systems.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional coursework or experience in administration, accounting, or office management is an advantage.
Interest in music or familiarity with the metal music scene is beneficial but not mandatory.
