NEnd-to-end ownership of enterprise network infrastructure, SD-WAN, voice systems, and Azure cloud networking, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability across hybrid environments.

NKey Responsibilities

n1. SD-WAN & Network Architecture (Meraki)

N

n
- Design, deploy, and manage Meraki SD-WAN, switching (MS), and wireless (MR) solutions across multi-site environments.
N
- Optimize WAN performance using QoS, traffic shaping, and intelligent path selection.
N
- Conduct network capacity planning and infrastructure assessments.
N
- Troubleshoot complex SD-WAN and enterprise network performance issues.
N

n2. Cisco Infrastructure (Routing, Switching & ISE)

N

n
- Design and manageCisco routing and switching environments (IOS/IOS-XE)
N
- Implement routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.
N
- Administer Cisco ISE including NAC, 802.1X authentication, and endpoint profiling.
N
- Manage VLANs, STP, portsecurity, and segmentation policies.
N

n3. Azure Cloud Networking

N

n




- Design and implement Azure networking components (VNets, Subnets, NSGs, Route Tables).
N
- Configure hybrid connectivity:
N
- Site-to-Site (S2S) VPN
N
- Point-to-Site (P2S) VPN
N
- VNet Peering
n
- Manage Azure services such as ExpressRoute, Application Gateway, and Azure Firewall.
N
- Ensure seamless on-premto Azure hybrid connectivity.
N

n4. VoIP & Unified Communications (CUCM)- not mandatory skill

N

n
- Administer Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
N
- Manage call routing, dial plans, voicemail integrations, and device configuration.
N
- Troubleshoot VoIP issues such as call quality, SIP, codec mismatches.
N

n5. DHCP & IP Address Management

N

n
- Manage DHCP services across Windows Servers and network devices.
N
- Maintain IPAM, DHCP scopes, and lease monitoring.
N
- Troubleshoot IP conflicts, rogue DHCP, and scope exhaustion issues.
N
