We're looking for experienced L2 and L3 Network Engineers with strong hands-on expertise across enterprise networking, datacenter technologies, SD-WAN, wireless, network access control, and security.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex incidents, troubleshooting, and day-to-day network operations across a large enterprise/datacenter estate. Support enterprise routing and switching, SD-WAN, datacenter fabric, wireless, and NAC platforms. Support 24x7 operational support and escalations, driving solid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis. Maintain excellent communication and documentation for BRM & client excellence. Required Skills:

Routing & Switching: VLAN, STP/RSTP, VTP, ACL, HSRP/VRRP, Port-Channel, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, etc. SD-WAN: Cisco Viptela (preferred), Silver Peak/Aruba Edge Connect.

Datacenter: Cisco ACI (preferred), Nexus Switches, VXLAN/EVPN,



Spine-Leaf Architecture.

NAC: Forti NAC (preferred), ISE deployment, policy management, and compliance monitoring.

Wireless: Cisco WLC, Cisco Wireless, Aruba Wireless (preferred). F5 Load Balancer.

Network Security: Firewall, segmentation, VPN, AAA, ACLs, security best practices.

ITIL/ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change Management (ITIL-based environments). Nice to Have:

Firewall knowledge – Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point. AWS/Azure Networking. Service Now, i Top. Solar Winds, Thousand Eyes, PRTG. VMware and virtualisation concepts. Automation and scripting: Python, Terraform, Git Hub, Ansible, network automation tools. Certifications: CCNA, CCNP Enterprise/Data Center, CCIE Enterprise/Data Center, Cisco ACI, ITIL Foundation.
