NetSuiteCS designs, implements, and runs NetSuite for finance teams handling multi-entity, multi-currency operations. ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Techno-Functional Consultant, you work across both sides of what we do: standing up new NetSuite instances and keeping existing ones running well. On implementations you lead discovery, design and configure the solution, and build what standard config can't cover. On managed accounts you're the named consultant who administers the instance, delivers enhancements, and vets every release before it reaches production.

You stay with clients from first go-live through every close after, so you see your own decisions play out rather than handing them off at sign-off. It's a fit if you're as comfortable mapping a multi-entity close with a finance lead as you are debugging a SuiteScript in UAT.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Implementation delivery

- Run discovery, turn requirements into transparent BRDs, and configure NetSuite to client process flows across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, inventory and fixed assets
- Demo configured solutions, define test scenarios, and run SIT and UAT with client teams
- Produce training material, lead end-user sessions, and own go-live and cutover

Managed services and support

- Act as the named consultant on managed accounts, administering the instance and knowing it well enough to answer quick
- Handle enhancements, change requests and break-fix issues against agreed response times
- Evaluate and test each NetSuite release before it reaches production, with proper change governance




- Keep documentation, roles and security current as the client's org evolves

Technical build (across both)

- Build customisations: SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, RESTlets, saved searches, custom records, fields, forms and roles
- Design and support integrations: SuiteTalk REST/SOAP, middleware, bank feeds, AP automation and adjacent ERPs
- Build reports, dashboards and NetSuite Analytics that give finance real answers
- Support data migration: mapping, validation and reconciliation
- Troubleshoot across logs, scripts, workflows and integrations

WHAT YOU BRING

- 5+ years hands-on NetSuite across functional configuration and technical build
- Strong grasp of NetSuite modules in a OneWorld environment: R2R, P2P, O2C, revenue recognition, inventory, fixed assets, multi-book and currency translation
- Working knowledge of SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow and the wider SuiteCloud toolset
- Solid finance and accounting process understanding, not just the screens
- Comfortable switching between project delivery and live support without dropping either
- Clear documentation habits and the discipline to hold response times

NICE TO HAVE

- NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Certified Administrator, SuiteCloud Developer, ERP Consultant)
- Experience running managed support or an admin function on a live instance
- Awareness of SOX, segregation of duties and IT general controls
- Integration experience with connectors like Stripe, Tipalti, Avalara or Celigo
- Exposure to AI or automation in a delivery setting
- Industry depth in financial services, hospitality, manufacturing or SaaS
