Role & responsibilities
Production Management: Oversee manufacturing workflows, execute production schedules, and ensure on-time delivery.
Safety and Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules, regulatory standards, and environmental compliance.
Quality Control: Maintain high product quality standards and minimize waste, rejections, and rework.
Budget and Cost Control: Manage operational expenses, track financial performance, and hit target budgets.
Maintenance and Asset Management: Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce machine downtime and equipment breakdowns.
Team Leadership: Hire, train, and motivate supervisors and staff while tracking performance metrics.
Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimization, efficiency initiatives, and technological upgrades on the shop floor
