Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to avoid unexpected breakdown and extend the life of equipment.
Conduct regular inspection of machinery to identify early sign of wear and tear.
Record and track all maintenance activities for future analysis.
Affixes Service sticker on the equipment after completion of periodical maintenance.
Ensuring machinery and plant complies with safety regulation.
Implement corrective measures or upgrades & Trains workers on safety protocols.
Lead a team of technicians, operators and other engineers to ensure the smooth functioning of plant machinery and also managing driver and operator.
Provide training on the operation and maintenance of recent machinery.
Work closely with other engineering disciplines to optimize overall plant operation.
