Act as a thought partner to clients by providing market insights, leadership trends, and talent intelligence.
Collaborate with internal delivery and research teams to design and execute high-impact solutions.

Revenue &
Performance Ownership
Own and achieve revenue and profitability targets for the region.
Track pipeline health, closures, and account growth in line with business goals.

Brand &
Market Presence
Represent HR Anexi at HR, leadership,



and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Strengthen HR Anexi’s positioning as a leading HR consulting partner.

What You Bring
10–15 years of experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably in HR consulting, qualified services, or knowledge-driven industries.
Solid exposure to CXO-level engagement, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
Established relationships with HR leaders, promoters, and boards across industries.
Proven strengths in consultative selling, business development, negotiation, and strategic account management.
Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor while collaborating cross-functionally.
MBA or equivalent qualification (HR / Marketing preferred).

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
