Job Profile : Sales Counsellor Experience: 2–3 Years Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 (Based On Interview) Location : Dwarka , Recent Delhi Key Responsibilities:
Convert inquiries into consultations and treatment cycles.
Counsel patients on IVF procedures, pricing, and treatment options.
Build relationships with gynecologists, hospitals, and referral partners.
Maintain leads and follow-ups through CRM and Google Sheets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience; IVF or healthcare sales experience preferred.
Robust communication, counseling, and negotiation skills.
Empathetic, patient-centric, and target-driven approach.
Willingness to travel for field visits and events.
Knowledge of fertility treatments is an added advantage.
